The CLASSICA® synchronous belt, being designed with imperial pitch, is a valid and economical altenative solution in low/medium torque transmission systems.
Reduced elongation, no need of lubrication and low wearing makes this belt an economic and reliable option.

Hi-Performance Pd® Plus synchronous belts provide a reliable, economical, and trouble-free alternative to transmit power and reduce drive weight and cost when compared to classic V-belts. Lubrication and tensioning devices are not needed thus creating a cleaner, maintenance free synchronous drive.
Hi-Performance Pd® Plus belts have been designed for performance exceeding the traditional limitation of the first generation of HTD belt drives.
TOP DRIVE® HTD belt is an evolution of standard positive drive belts. The tooth shape is the HTD profile according to ISO 13050.
This profile has been used for many years in a wide range of applications and it is well known for its outstanding performances. Power transmission is much higher compared to the classic inch trapezodial profile.
The circular-arc tooth provides superior tooth jump resistance and provides a smooth tooth engagement. The noise level is remarkably reduced if compared to the classic trapezodial belts.
Locking elements consist of one internal and one external tapered rings. They are designed to work in combination with a clamp flange which can be bolted on a hub or shaft depending on application need.
Here are the dimensions of product :
Inner Diameter : refer to numbers writen after "F" in every product name. For example, CAL2F10/13; so, the inner diameter is 10 mm.
Outside Diameter : refer to the last number in every product name. For example, CAL2F10/13; so, the outside diameter is 13 mm.
Of this series both single and double joints are available.Types E are with sliding bushes while type H has needle roller bearings.
Joints with plain bearings are available in 2 versions :
- Types E to DIN 808;
- Type EB to DIN 808/7551
Precision joint series "E" (DIN 808) wear resistant sliding bushes from cemented and hardened steel. Strong, precise, and versatile; wide application field.
