METALDRIVE® couplings are fully made of steel and are used in all applications where high reliablity, precision, and no maintenance are required.
METALDRIVE® GMD typw "S" are standard version with single disc pack. The couplings allows axial and angular misalignment. No radial misalignment is allowed.
Our pulleys can be used for application with a speed up to 35m/s. The pulley dimensions are very accurate as they are manufactured only by means of CNC or automatic lathes. For higher speed is strongly recomended to use steel as material of construction.
Our PBT pulleys are statically balanced according to ISO.
The PT pulleys are not balanced, as they do not have a finished bores.
The CLASSICA® synchronous belt, being designed with imperial pitch, is a valid and economical altenative solution in low/medium torque transmission systems.
Reduced elongation, no need of lubrication and low wearing makes this belt an economic and reliable option.
standard connecting links are used when roller chains are operated under normal conditions. for severe applications, press fit connecting links are suggested.
