TOP DRIVE® HTD belt is an evolution of standard positive drive belts. The tooth shape is the HTD profile according to ISO 13050.
This profile has been used for many years in a wide range of applications and it is well known for its outstanding performances. Power transmission is much higher compared to the classic inch trapezodial profile.
The circular-arc tooth provides superior tooth jump resistance and provides a smooth tooth engagement. The noise level is remarkably reduced if compared to the classic trapezodial belts.
TORQUE-FLEX® - Narrow "XP" high performance belts are manufactured in accordance with European standards ISO 4184, DIN 7753 and are approved by API (American Petroleum Institute).
The belt structure guarantees high transmittable power while the moulded cog profile provides higher flexibility with small diameters pulleys.
Here are the product dimension :
- Section : XPZ
- Belt width : 10 mm
- High belt : 8 mm
- Datum length : refer to the last number in every product names, for example : CSXPZ512, so the datum length is 512 mm,
HTD pulleys have a different design from the traditional toothed pulleys. The axial grooves are designed to allow the beltteeth to catch the pulley teeth with negligible triction. HTD Pulleys are available with full hub and for assembly with SER-SIT taper bushing.
SIT TAPER LOCK BUSHING is designed to give the following:
1. Perfect assembly
2. rapid dismantling of the pulley and other transmission equipment
3. No special tools requirement except hexagonal key
The large range of finished bores available ensures that an immediate assembly can be made thus avoiding costly factory down-time.
Here are the dimensions of Taper Bushing with type 1615 (40.40)
- Bore : we provide taper bushing with minimal bore 12 mm and 1/2 inches; for the max bore you can look at the number writen after "BC" in every product name.
for example, BC4040F12 (1615X12MM), so the max bore is 40 mm.
- Width : the numbers writen in every product name before "F" is width size.
for example, BC4040F12 (1615X12MM), so the width is 40 mm.
- Bore size : look at the last number in every product name.
TRASCO® couplings are dimensionally manufactured to hub types "A" and "B", the difference being the maximum shaft diameter which hubs can accpet (corresponding respectively to the first and second code number). The long hub execution "L" (allows full coverage of the motor shaft) is available in both "A" and "B" execution.
