Here are the dimensions of Taper Bushing with type 1210 (30.25)
- Bore : we provide taper bushing with minimal bore 12 mm and 5/8 inches; for the max bore you can look at the number writen after "BC" in every product name.
for example, BC3025F12 (1210X12MM), so the max bore is 30 mm.
- Width : the numbers writen in every product name before "F" is width size.
for example, BC3025F12 (1210X12MM), so the width is 25 mm.
- Bore size : look at the last number in every product name.

- Bore : we provide taper bushing with minimal bore 22 mm and 1-1/4 inches; for the max bore you can look at the number writen after "BC" in every product name.
for example, BC7550F22 (3020X22MM), so the max bore is 75 mm.
- Width : the numbers writen in every product name before "F" is width size.
for example, BC7550F22 (3020X22MM), so the width is 50 mm.
- Bore size : look at the last number in every product name.
Our pulleys can be used for application with a speed up to 35m/s. The pulley dimensions are very accurate as they are manufactured only by means of CNC or automatic lathes.
For higher speed is strongly recomended to use steel as material of construction. Our PBT pulleys are satically balanced according to ISO.
The PT pulleys are not balanced, as they do not have a finished bores.

- Outside diameter : you can add the pitch diameter with 4 to know the length of outside diameter.

SITEX® gear couplings consist of two toothed hubs which are connected with one internally toothed sleeve. The sleeve is manufactured from stabilized 6.6 superpolyamide resin.
The torsional rigidity of the sleeve prevents angular speed variation. The combination of steel hubs with polyamide sleeve makes the coupling maintenance and lubrication free.
The particular toothed profile prevents contact of tooth edged with the sleeve, ensuring long life of the coupling.
SITEX® gear couplings consist of two toothed hubs which are connected with one internally toothed sleeve. The hubs are made of steel and the teeth, which are both profiled and section crowned, are obtained from milling. The sleeve is manufactured from stabilized 6.6 superpolymade resin.
Coupling are available from stock, both the standard and the "long" hub execution, which entirely covers the motor shaft.

HTD pulleys have a different design from the traditional toothed pulleys. The axial grooves are designed to allow the beltteeth to catch the pulley teeth with negligible triction. HTD Pulleys are available with full hub and for assembly with SER-SIT taper bushing.
