standard connecting links are used when roller chains are operated under normal conditions. for severe applications, press fit connecting links are suggested.
SITEX® gear couplings consist of two toothed hubs which are connected with one internally toothed sleeve. The hubs are made of steel and the teeth, which are both profiled and section crowned, are obtained from milling. The sleeve is manufactured from stabilized 6.6 superpolymade resin.
HRC couplings offer a range of hub and element selection to meet the demand for a low cost, general purpose spacer type flexible coupling. They allow for incidental misalignment, absorb shock loads and dampen out small amplitude vibrations. They are offered in both pilot bore, finished bore, Finished bore, and Taper bushed with both face and hub mount.
SIT TAPER LOCK BUSHING is designed to give the following:
1. Perfect assembly
2. rapid dismantling of the pulley and other transmission equipment
3. No special tools requirement except hexagonal key
The large range of finished bores available ensures that an immediate assembly can be made thus avoiding costly factory down-time.
Here are the dimensions of Taper Bushing with type 2012 (50.30)
- Bore : we provide taper bushing with minimal bore 14 mm and 5/8 inches; for the max bore you can look at the number writen after "BC" in every product name.
for example, BC5030F14 (2012X14MM), so the max bore is 50 mm.
- Width : the numbers writen in every product name before "F" is width size.
for example, BC5030F14 (2012X14MM), so the width is 30 mm.
- Bore size : look at the last number in every product name.
