a. Clamping hub D1: up to size 450, high strength alumunium; size 800 and up, steel

Design:
Two coupling hubs concentrically machined with concave driving jaws. One side wtih an integrated torque limiter. Available in single-position, multi-position, load holding, and full disengagement versions.

Keyways are British Standard Metric B S 4235. Part 1: 1972 DIN 6885 and conform to ISO recomendations with the exception of those marked, which are shallower. Where a key is to be used it should be parallel and side fitting, with top clearance. Depth of keyway is measured at the CENTRE
Idler Sprockets : Ball bearing idler sprocket have sealed ball bearing with extended inner race and setscrews for securing to shaft.
Ready Sprockets : An assortment of sprockets and hubs drilled and tapped for simple, convertient assembly with standard hex head cap screws.
Finished Bore Sprockets : No. 35 through No. 80 with standard keyway and setscrew. Many sizes stocked both with and without induction hardened teeth.
